mmmm Ace Pear :)

perfect! Ace Pear Cider is making me happy right now. No, I'm not an alcoholic, but it suits the occasion quite well. I just returned from biking over to a neighbor's house, where USUALLY one can find those neighbors sitting in their front yard sipping wine in the early evening. Not today though. Chad was at a city meeting and I just caught Lingo as she was about to go babysit. I would have joined her if there weren't pets involved (ugh allergies).

Anyway, yeah, fruity beer is more suited to drinking alone :) especially when it's drinking alone while studying statistics. perfect.

I was hoping to find Lingo and Chad for a drink to relieve my thoughts from the black cloud that's been hovering over my household lately. Gnome's condition hasn't improved in weeks and the headaches are tearing him up physically and mentally. I'm admittedly a bit frustrated at my (or anyone's) ability to help him. He's having more tests done this week, so hopefully some cause to his continued pain will turn up. 'Til then, we'll continue to use the "slow recoverer" excuse, which IS true in his case, but is nonetheless not satisfying. And in the process, a beer or two can't hurt >:)
