Low-key Evenings are the Best
Yesterday was a perfect example of my ideal evening. Gnome and I ate dinner, the redhead came over for a post-meal glass of wine and (trespassing?) tour of construction next door, and we three headed down to Yellow Bike's art show/party. Fun art, cool people, beer, crazy bikes.. really.. is there a better way to spend a Friday evening? I'm just starting to get to know the crowd. Of course, these things take time >:)
Here's one of my favorite photos at the show:

If you were involved in the latest Austin helmet law debate, you know why I like this one. This guy was unbelievable. For more details and the source of the photo click here.
We left early to go to Whole Foods and came home in time to start our latest netflix rental, Battle of Algiers. Seems like a good film, but I was too tired to tell or last very long. It was after 10pm you know.
Here's to feeling good again!
