Blogging

I started this blog out of boredom. Or as a distraction. Basically it's because my apartment is too hot to be in until 10pm and there isn't much else to do within walking/biking distance except go to the library, and I should be there anyway doing research. That's a lie. My apartment is scorching after 10pm. I go to bed in a sweat. (you wanted to know).

No, I DO have A/C, but I DON'T run it because that would make me part of the problem. Haven't you seen Al Gore's new movie? Ok, I don't run it because I'm on the second floor and it would be expensive and there are diseases inside my vents and humans can adapt to most any condition if they only try.

I've realized that I don't have much to write about in blog form. This isn't going to be a diary, and if it were, you wouldn't care to know about it because I overanalyze every detail of life and it bores even me.

I could continue with the "Armadillo Fact of the Day" theme. Not even Anne Frank has done that. But since I've only seen one live armadillo, I'd have to get all of my information off of wikipedia's armadillo section, and you could of course do that yourself.

I could write about transportation and planning issues. No helmet law! 50sqft housing! Buses fo the po! Then again, I do that all day anyway (er in a different and sometimes opposite way).

Well I suppose it's decided then. I will write extemporaneous poetry about central African clowns. Starting .. tomorrow.
