Stones
as painful as giving birth to a child. I've rarely seen him wince at pain, but all day he's been groaning, alternating between thrashing around in bed or pacing. I wish there was something I could do. No doctor's appointment until Thursday. It started last night. It must have shifted from two weeks ago when we went through the same thing, then the pain stopped. Websites tell you what to do depending on its size.. um, we don't own an x-ray, so.. not sure if it's the "wait it out and it'll pass" kind or the "need it blasted by ultrasound" kind. Search google images for pictures of kidney stones if you want to see some gross stuff.. The dried out kind are ok to look at, but the picture of a man's kidney who had 30+ stones? gross! Hopefully it passes....
