This is the funniest thing I've seen in days... It was sent to me because the second logo is in Arlington, though I'm guessing it's Arlington, Virginia due to the nice store front.

I thought it was a joke, but as far as I could understand the text in Spanish ( err… Portuguese, thanks Arve ) with help of my knowledge of Italian, it’s for real… hilarious!

Nitpick: The text is actually Portuguese, and is "Institute for Eastern Studies"
